  25. Indeed, even in the PC MAG issue which, IMHO, treated WE 1.03 unfairly, 
  26. there is a very good article on the OS/2 config.sys file.  Not long ago you 
  27. would not see such articles in PC Mag or at least infrequently.  They also 
  28. reviewed TaxDollars fairly which is an OS/2 program.  It is getting better.
